Bernhard Gandolf

Bernhard Gandolf has been passionate about perfect customer service since 1994. Assignments as the general manager of a call centre operation, a senior management consultant and head of customer support and telesales at leading telecommunications companies in Germany and Austria are testimony to his expertise in the fields of service control and quality management.
His experience of managing more than 200 national and international consultancy projects led him to the following conclusion: "The time has come to establish the first service control provider in Europe to offer integrated, evidence-based quality management for customer care!" He therefore founded eisq – european institute for service quality - on 2 February 2009. Bernhard Gandolf is Certified Management Consultant/BDU.
